With over 32 years of experience, Scott brings extensive expertise in operational leadership, consulting, staffing, recruiting, and business development Before building Resolute Technologies, he served as Regional Vice President at TAC Worldwide (now Advantage Resourcing America), a $500 million strategic workforce company. There, he transformed sales teams into high-performing business developers, implementing industry best practices and data-driven metrics to drive measurable success.
In 1998, Scott’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish FTS, a company specializing in staffing, IT break-fix services, and website development. Through his leadership, FTS grew from a one-person startup into a multi-million-dollar enterprise, showcasing his ability to scale businesses and build high-performing teams. In 2013, FTS evolved into Resolute Technologies, continuing its mission of delivering innovative workforce and consulting solutions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Scott is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships and collaborating with individuals who share his values of integrity, service, and excellence. Scott is unwavering in his belief that his greatest accomplishment in his life is raising his incredible daughter.
