Q: What is TechScreen?
A: TechScreenTM is a SaaS platform that enables technical recruiters to conduct, score, and document a detailed technical interview with an IT consultant, unveiling technology’s complexity to the recruiter while at the same time validating candidate’s technical competencies.
Q: Why is there a need for TechScreen?
A: Technical recruiters for the most part are not technical themselves.
